Tanjung Kling - Malacca
 For locals and visitors to Malacca, you may enjoy the lovely sea breeze and setting sun at Tanjong Keling. The Tanjung Keling is famous for it sandy beaches and local food.
Tanjung Keling beach is situated 15km to the north of Malacca town. It is one of the most recent developments of the Malacca tourism industry. Tanjung Keling is a pleasant stretch of white beach lined with coconut palms and sea shells. It is the ideal beach for boating, swimming, and picnicking.
For a bit of sightseeing, there is the unique octagonal minaret and tiled steps of Tanjung Keling Mosque, just north of the beach. About one kilometre away lies the grave of Hang Tuah, the legendary Malay warrior. |
