| Itinerary For Climbers |
Day 1 Arrive Kota Kinabalu
Meet on arrival at Kota Kinabalu International Airport and transfer to your hotel. Check in and free at leisure. Overnight at hotel.
Day 2 Kinabalu National Park/Mount Kinabalu
7.15am, depart your hotel to Kinabalu National Park. Enjoy scenic view of the countryside dotted with serene villages, the majestic Mount Kinabalu, dreamy valleys and colorful roadside farmer markets as you drive along the Crocker Range. On arrival:
Climber(s) ~ Register names at Kinabalu Park Headquarters. Proceed to Timpohon Gate and start your climb on Summit Trail towards Laban Rata. You will pass various vegetation zones and breath-taking views. Look out for pitcher plants, rare orchids, small mammals and birdlife as you climb along. Overnight at Laban Rata Resthouse/Gunting Lagadan Hut (whichever available) (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)
Non-Climber(s) ~ Full day tour of Kinabalu National Park. Visit the Natural History Gallery and learn about this amazing UNESCO World Heritage Site through the display of flora, fauna and geological structure. Guided trek along a rainforest trail with your nature guide to learn about the rainforest. Watch a slide presentation about the park. Visit the Mountain Garden for a chance to see the collection of rare plants and flowers. Overnight at Kinabalu Pine Resort (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)
Day 3 Mount Kinabalu/Kota Kinabalu
Climber(s) ~ After an early supper, start climbing the summit and enjoy the spectacular view from the peak of Mount Kinabalu. Descend to Laban Rata for breakfast and start your descend down to the foot of the mountain. On arrival, transfer to your hotel in Kota Kinabalu (Breakfast/Lunch)
Non-Climber(s) ~ Visit Poring Hot Spring. Trek along a rainforest trail to the canopy skywalk suspended among trees high above ground and admire the rainforest canopy from your vantage point. Take a dip at the Hot Springs tub. The sulphuric mineral water is reputed to have therapeutic properties to ease aching muscles. Wait for the climbers to return to the base and transfer to your hotel in Kota Kinabalu(Breakfast/Lunch)
Day 4 Departure
Free at leisure until transfer to Kota Kinabalu International Airport for your departure flight. (Breakfast)

Wildlife Mountain Lodge
- Located 1 km away from the Park.
- It has 16 rooms with private facilities.
- Mosquito proofing, heating, hot water, electricity throughout and restaurant services available.
- Good view of Mt. Kinabalu, very quiet and peaceful, gardens and jungle trails available for walking and bird watching.
Laban Rata Resthouse
- Located at 3,353 m above sea level on Mt. Kinabalu.
- Basic facilities available with electricity throughout, heating and restaurant services available.
